Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bake, we strive to ensure every customer has a great shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.
- The item is missing from your order.
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
- Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or free gifts, unless they are received damaged or incorrect.
- Returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, fragrance preference, skin compatibility, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
Once a return request has been approved and the returned product (if applicable) has been received and inspected by Bake, the eligible amount will be issued as Bake Store Credit in the form of a Coupon Code.
- Store Credit is valid for purchases made only on the official Bake website.
- Coupon Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or bank refunds.
- Coupon Codes cannot be reissued if lost, misused, or expired.
- Store Credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval of the return.
Bake reserves the right to determine the value of the Store Credit based on the verified purchase amount.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, gift wrap charges, and any applicable taxes on shipping are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Bake's part (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product).
6. Refusal of Returns
Bake reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:
- The request does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- The product has been used, tampered with, or is returned in an unsellable condition.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or excessive return requests are identified.

Bake reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
