Scope of Work

Welcome to BAKE SQUAD! This is a collaboration between you and Bake. We are so excited to have you onboard!

We believe that great skincare should be real, fun, and self-made. As a member of the Bake Squad, you'll be an integral part of our mission to celebrate real, authentic skincare. You'll be sharing your love for Bake skincare products while inspiring others with your fun and engaging content. Here's how we can work together:

Scope of Work

Bake expects you to create and publish at least one piece of content — either one Instagram post, TikTok video or YouTube video — within 30 days of receiving the product.

After the first post goes live, you are free to take part in as many Bake Squad missions as you please.

Content Expectations

When posting on social media, you must include:

  • Tags to all relevant Bake channels (@bake_cosmetics) and brand hashtags #BAKE #BakeSkincare #BakeCosmetics #Bakesquad
  • Imagery and content that is respectful and appropriate for all audiences.
  • Authentic content that accurately represents your genuine experience with Bake skincare products.
  • Content that is misleading, deceptive, or primarily AI-generated is not permitted.

When posting on social media, you must not include:

  • Mentions, images, or references to any offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Derogatory comments towards competitors, employees, social personalities, or religious characters.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.

As a member of Bake Squad, you agree that any content you submit to the program may be used and re-purposed by Bake and its retail, distribution, and commercial partners for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, both online and offline, without any compensation beyond the benefits provided as part of the Bake Squad program.

Wherever possible, Bake will credit you as the creator of the content by using your social media handle, name, or username. However, due to technical limitations or space constraints, explicit attribution may not always be possible.

Bake reserves the right to remove, alter, or replace any rewards/incentives at any time.

Termination

Either party may delete your account at any time. Your participation in the Bake Squad may be terminated by Bake if:

  • You fail to publish at least one piece of content — either an Instagram post, TikTok video, or YouTube video — within 30 days after receiving your Bake product.
  • Your account is inactive for a period of 3 months or longer.
  • You fail to meet the program expectations, which may include but are not limited to:
    • Posting or submitting content of low quality.
    • Posting or submitting content that does not adhere to Bake guidelines.
    • Posting or submitting content that does not meet the terms outlined in the Scope of Work.
  • There is evidence of activity that violates the spirit of the program, including but not limited to:
    • Attempts to manipulate affiliate commissions through self-purchases or purchases made by individuals closely associated with you.
    • Behavior indicative of reselling or bulk purchasing not intended for personal use or genuine content creation.
    • Providing false or misleading information, including impersonating another creator or linking social media accounts that you do not own or manage.

Bake reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values, integrity, or intended purpose of the Bake Squad program.
